Items Needed:
The following items are to be turned in with your application:
- 2 Current paystubs or Award Letters
- Copy of your valid driver's license or ID
- Copy of a current Utility bill
- Rental Ledger (If currently living in an apartment)
- Separate money order or cashier's check for the Deposit
TIP: The more documentation you submit, the better your chances of becoming approved. Provide documentation of at least 2 positive credit accounts to assist with your approval.
